Be it further resolved

Many New Year's resolutions, by now often a struggle to keep, are built around diet and exercise. A couple suggestions for expanding our spiritual lives along with our physical health. Pray a prayer of thanks at each meal. And, listen to the Scripture as you exercise, particularly if you are an iPod or mp3 playing athlete!
